Terms of Service

EnigmaTech.ai takes the field observations - voice notes, photos, and text - that you send through WhatsApp or Telegram, and prepares an editable inspection report draft from them.

The service prepares a draft only. You review the report, edit it, and approve it before sending. Sending the final report is your responsibility.

You must use the service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms.

You may not use the service to send unlawful or infringing content, or in any way that could harm the service, other users, or third parties.

Use of the service is conditional on you being authorized to act on behalf of the business or party the report is prepared for.

You are responsible for protecting access to the messaging channel you use the service from, and for all activity carried out through it.

Every report produced by the service is a draft. The service makes no warranty that the draft is error-free, accurate, or complete.

You are solely responsible for the final content of the report - including reviewing, correcting, approving, and sending it. The draft must not be relied upon without human review.

The service, software, design, and trademarks are owned by ENIGMATECH AUTOMATION LTD or its licensors.

The content you upload and the final report remain yours, as described in the Privacy Policy.

DRAFT: the limitation of liability clause will be completed and worded by legal counsel. Until then, the service is provided "AS IS" to the maximum extent permitted by law.

We may update the service and these terms from time to time. An updated version will be published on this page with a new update date.

These terms and your use of the service are governed by the laws of the State of Israel.
