When you use the service, you send us content through WhatsApp or Telegram: text messages, voice notes (your field observations), and photos.
From the content you send, we generate derived data such as transcripts of your voice notes, along with the draft report that is prepared for you.
We also collect the basic contact details needed to operate the service, such as the phone number you reach us from on the messaging channel.
How we use it
The primary purpose of processing your information is to prepare an editable inspection report draft for you, based on the observations, voice notes, and photos you send.
We may use aggregate, anonymized data to maintain, diagnose, and improve the reliability of the service.
Your document remains yours
The content you upload and the report that is produced remain yours. The service prepares a draft - you review, edit, approve, and send the final version.
We do not claim ownership of your inspection content and do not use it for purposes beyond providing the service.
Site measurement and cookies
On the marketing website we use one functional cookie to remember your language, plus Vercel Web Analytics - an aggregate measurement service that runs without tracking cookies.
Any non-essential measurement or marketing tools load only after you consent through the cookie banner, and you can change or withdraw that consent at any time. Full detail is in the Cookie Policy.
Data retention
